1. General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, you will be notified, and the total amount of your order will be refunded to you accordingly. Redeemed items are not allowed to cancel and/or exchange.
Please indicate if you are nominating someone to collect the item on your behalf.
You may do so by clicking on the action button indicated on your order when you login to your member backend and view your redemption sales listing.
Both the name and Identification number must be correct or match the person's ID Card or V-MORE reserve the rights to refuse collection.
3. Self Collect Rebate
A 10% rebate per item will be given to users who self-collect.
Please note that the maximum rebate given per item will not exceed 3 Reward$ (V-MORE reserve the right to change the self-collect rebate amount)
4. V-MORE warehouse holding period
Please note that V-More will only hold your item for a maximum period of 30 days.
After which, said item will be donated to a Charity Organization of V-MORE's choice and the transaction is also no longer eligible for Self collect Rebate as well.
