GLOBAL REDEMPTION DELIVERY POLICY
- General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, you will be notified, and the total amount of your order will be refunded to you accordingly. Redeemed items are not allowed to cancel or exchange.
- Delivery Location
Items offered on V-MORE under Global Redemption are available for delivery globally. All Global Redemption items prices are inclusive of Global delivery fee.
- Delivery Time
Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subjected to the confirmation of your order.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, Global Redemption delivery can take up to within 60 business days from the date of the confirmation of your order
(Business day means Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays)
- Damaged Items during Transport
If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at: firstname.lastname@example.org
In the email, please provide the following information for follow up:
- damaged item's name
- Invoice number
- Images of the said damaged item
